How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer USPS shipping on all domestic orders. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold (check our current promotions at checkout). Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your whimSi clips! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at hello@whimsiclips.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Exchanges for different colors or quantities are always welcome!
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and send the item back. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
